My Program Compared to the Others

There is much good equipment advertised on T.V.
I lot of ideas that will work good for thee.
They’ll all tone you up and they’ll get you in shape.
Here’s where they vary from my special tape.

For most of these programs you need a firm base.
To half be in shape, plus they take up much space.
They take lots of effort and the truth of the most.
Is they bring disappointment to most that they host.

They set high expectations, that most couldn’t reach.
So much that’s important that few of them teach.
So much wasted money!  Most stuff will just sit.
Frustration sits in, I think most will admit.

They’re all about money.  How much they can make.
The actors tell stories, which most of are fake.
The interviews scripted in most every case.
Why are all of them fit with a beautiful face?

My program addresses the young and the old.
The fit and the fat and the meek and the bold.
It’s something for everyone, filled with advice.
On how to feel better by adding some spice.

My theory is this, take the time that we waste.
In watching T.V. while we’re feeding our taste.
Here’s most of the problem—it’s too obvious.
My program makes watching your movies a plus.

Your soaps and your newscasts.  The music you see.
You can work on your fitness.  My program’s the key.
Instead of just staring and smoking and snacking.
Your body’s in motion improving what’s lacking.

You’re constantly moving those rusty old joints.
While learning your muscles, and all pressure points.
You’ll learn to get limber where stiffness has set.
You’ll meet a new you that you never have met.

You’ll learn how to meditate; find peace of mind.
You’ll learn proper posture as God had designed.

It’s up to this program; which choices you make.
And the end of each program, you watch on T.V.
